8% maximum including tax on all transactions up to €100,000.
6% maximum including tax on all transactions from €100,001 to €350,000
5% maximum including tax on all transactions from €350,001 to €700,000
4% maximum including tax on all transactions from €700,001 to €1,200,000
From €1,200,001 the fees are 3.5% maximum including tax .
